About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Specialist to lead commercial pricing decisions and support the creation of tailored propositions for enterprise customers. This role focuses on structuring competitive, profitable pricing strategies for complex, multi-country opportunities, working closely with sales teams and stakeholders throughout the full bid lifecycle from qualification to contract signature.

What you’ll do

  • Create and structure commercial pricing propositions that meet both customer needs and internal business objectives
  • Lead pricing decision-making across multiple products and services for multinational enterprise customers
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market dynamics, product lifecycles, and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape offers and provide recommendations throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Build commercial models and price books for new products, markets, and propositions
  • Analyse customer usage and business performance to support forecasting, planning, and profitability assessment
  • Advise stakeholders on commercial structures to maximise profitability in complex, multi-geography deals
  • Present proposals and support negotiations with customers, including participation in client meetings
  • Contribute to drafting and negotiating commercial contract terms
  • Drive process improvements and support knowledge sharing across teams

Who you are

  • Proven experience in developing commercial and pricing propositions
  • Experience engaging in customer-facing negotiations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
    Fluent in English
  • Background in business or mathematics
  • Experience in telecom wholesale or management accounting is beneficial
  • Ability to work with flexibility and contribute innovative ideas
  • Typically 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
