About this Role

We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain leader to partner with business stakeholders and deliver end-to-end procurement and supply chain outcomes aligned to VOIS priorities. This role focuses on driving demand management, optimising cost and quality, leading supplier governance, and ensuring effective execution of procurement strategies. The individual will also lead teams, foster stakeholder engagement at a senior level, and support transformation through systems, tools, and compliance initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with business and finance teams to align procurement plans with demand management and organisational priorities
  • Execute VOIS procurement strategies to drive performance, value creation, and operational excellence
  • Communicate supply chain vision, strategy, and guiding principles across business units
  • Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and enabling alignment on key initiatives
  • Optimise cost structures and demand through data-driven insights and commercial expertise
  • Ensure governance across suppliers and contracts, including vendor management and contract compliance
  • Deliver commercial and operational best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Lead and develop teams, embedding coaching, mentoring, and performance management practices
  • Drive implementation of digital supply chain systems and tools aligned with transformation agendas
  • Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and customs governance requirements

Who you are

  • Experienced in supply chain management, procurement, and business partnering within a complex global environment
  • Knowledgeable in telecommunications, IT services, or similar industries, with both commercial and technical understanding
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing at senior levels
  • Confident in negotiating contracts and delivering value through commercial strategies
  • Experienced in leading teams, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership approach
  • Able to analyse data, generate insights, and optimise demand aligned to business strategy
  • Familiar with contract governance, compliance frameworks, and supplier management
  • Educated to degree level, with advanced qualifications considered beneficial
  • Brings substantial professional experience in supply chain and procurement environments
