Senior Scrum Master
Your role in a nutshell:
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. To coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups as well as to work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. To coach team members in Agile frameworks and Support the product owner and provide education where needed. To look after the progress of work carried out in 2-3 squads (20 ppl).
To ensure that briefs from Business Partners have all necessary information for the supported teams to start the work. To make sure that all affected team members. are perfectly clear with external and internal project requirements and help identify and find missing details in order to start the project. To act as a main point of contact for Business Partners regarding briefing and project assignment, as well as liaise with Team Leaders and Account Managers from other teams within the department and distribute projects evenly within teams.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur and help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Reports directly Marketing Manager and must provide weekly updates on progress
- Facilitates daily stand ups and manages successful implementation of projects
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience in a scrum master role
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Ability to work with and lead a team as well as to adapt to a changing environment.
- Fluent English
