Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a

 

 Senior System Admin

 

Your role in a nutshell:

 

To configure and maintain the central marketing automation system in order to ensure smooth service to Vodafone’s internal stakeholders. 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Participate and/or leads platform development projects
  • Work on market extension projects, onboard of new markets/instances/accounts
  • Identifie and coordinates the resolution of issues and drives service improvements
  • Monitor the marketing automation systems and databases
  • Subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and modifying the system
  • Works with users to enhance effectiveness, drives system efficiency


What you’ll bring to the team:

 

  • 2-5 years relevant professional experience
  • CRP/ERP/marketing automation OR back-end OR marketing OR reporting/data management experience
  • Understanding of API connections
  • Fuent English
  • Experience of a multi-system environment
