Senior UX Designer

 

Your role in a nutshell:


The Senior UX Designer supports the Online Delivery department of Vodafone Germany by continuously enhancing the user experience on the website, e-commerce site and management portal. This role will create a clear, engaging, customer-centric user experience to help users to find what they’re looking for and easily complete the desired action. The Senior UX Designer will play a major role in delivering high-performing websites and coordinating the implementation of solutions that ensure the best user experience. 


What you’ll do:

 

•    Optimise the user experience and usability of the website, e-commerce site and management portal of Vodafone GermanyDesign detailed interaction design specifications/wireframes 
•    Improve and continuously maintain UX standards and processes in collaboration with other UX members
•    Work directly with multiple stakeholders to specify and track implementation to ensure the best user experience
•    Identify UX quality issues and negotiate the appropriate UX solutions within a cross-functional team
•    Share knowledge openly in the team, mentor designers and undertake a peer review of work 


What you’ll bring to the team:


•    5+ years of experience in UX design and management
•    Very good knowledge in the use of UX tools (Sketch, Figma), design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping software (Axure) as well as user testing methods
•    Experienced in working with software developers and design handoff requirements (Zeplin)
•    Full proficiency in English
•    Ability to work with and coordinate cross-functional project
