About this role

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join Vodafone Germany’s Online Delivery team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for business products, including websites, e-commerce platforms, and management portals. You will focus on creating high-performing, user-centred solutions through discovery, wireframing, user flows, and interface design.

What you will do

  • Collaborate daily with product managers, developers, test engineers, and other disciplines.
  • Take ownership of the design process: concept creation, wireframes, interaction design, and UI design.
  • Optimise user experience through usability testing and iterative improvements.
  • Maintain and evolve UX standards and processes in partnership with the UX team.
  • Work with stakeholders to specify requirements, track implementation, and validate solutions using data.
  • Identify UX challenges and lead the team towards effective solutions.
  • Experiment with new tools and design technologies; share knowledge openly within the team.

Who you are

  • 5+ years’ experience in UX or product design.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across teams.
  • Experience working with design systems and ensuring consistency across products.
  • Ability to align design decisions with business goals and lead complex design initiatives in an agile environment.
  • Experience collaborating with developers and managing design handoff requirements.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant UX projects and design process insights.
