About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Product Designer to deliver complex design projects end-to-end, combining user-centred thinking with strong visual design expertise. This role focuses on driving impactful product experiences by transforming insights into effective design solutions, while supporting peers and influencing stakeholders through clear communication and evidence-based decision making.
What you’ll do
- Deliver end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
- Identify design gaps and opportunities, proposing innovative and user-centred solutions
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and consistency across all deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Conduct and contribute to UX research, translating findings into actionable insights
- Influence product roadmaps through data-driven design decisions and measurable outcomes
- Evaluate design performance using defined KPIs and continuously improve user experience
- Provide constructive feedback on peer designs and support team capability through mentoring
Who you are
- Proven experience (around 5+ years) in UX/UI or product design within commercial digital environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-platform design across web, mobile, and services
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and current design methodologies
- Ability to work within agile, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and distributed environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems independently
- Degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or equivalent practical experience
