About this Role

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support strategic and tactical sourcing projects within Corporate Services and Property categories. This role involves managing sourcing events, ensuring compliance with procurement standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and value-driven solutions. You will work closely with category teams and business units to align sourcing activities with organisational goals.

What you will do

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and refine sourcing requirements.
• Manage sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-auctions) using Vodafone platforms.
• Suggest sourcing approaches, evaluation criteria, and supplier lists.
• Benchmark supplier submissions and prepare recommendation reports for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Vodafone procurement standards, including ESG and governance frameworks.
• Operate sourcing platforms and maintain documentation for approvals and tracking.
• Support workshops, spend analysis, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Collaborate with category teams for reporting, contract status, and savings updates.

Who you are

• Strong understanding of end-to-end sourcing and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., AVA, Ariba).
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable sourcing requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluent German skills are a plus.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
