About this role
What you will do
- Identify and engage potential candidates through a variety of channels, including social media platforms and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screens and CV evaluations to assess suitability and experience.
- Support interview scheduling and assist with candidate assessments.
- Maintain and nurture a dynamic pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand requirements and shape sourcing strategies; participate in kick‑off meetings.
- Remain updated on industry trends, AI developments, and best practices in candidate sourcing.
- Advocate inclusive hiring approaches that ensure diverse representation.
- Prepare reports on sourcing pipelines and activities.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting and complete ad hoc tasks aligned with business needs.
