About this Role

 
 
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to develop and manage relationships with strategic partners, oversee incentive programmes, and drive transformational projects. The individual will be responsible for establishing partner accreditation policies, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting the expansion of Vodafone’s strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in standardising processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective delivery through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
 
 

What you will do

 

 

  • Develop and manage strategic partner relationships, including accreditation and incentive programmes.
  • Oversee programme and budget management for partner incentive schemes.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for partner accreditation across business units.
  • Coordinate and deliver transformational projects, ensuring KPIs, deliverables, and timelines are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for partner incentive programmes on a global scale.
  • Lead negotiations with senior leadership of strategic partners to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage global planning and project management of partner audits, engaging with partners, third-party auditors, and internal teams.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable processes, ensuring documentation, controls, and targets are maintained.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and business development opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee risk management, including identification, monetisation, mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Track project performance, analyse completion of goals, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support additional tasks as instructed by line management and as outlined in annual objectives and training materials.

 

 

 

Who you are

 

 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in project/programme or partner management.
  • Experience in governance and quality assurance (desired).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage virtual project teams, delivering quality outcomes on time.
  • Strong decision-making skills, able to balance conflicting priorities and personalities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitation and presentation to C-level audiences.
  • Persuasive, articulate communicator with assertiveness and collaborative approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the telecom market (desired), IT, economic trends, and customer environments.
  • Proactive, highly collaborative, and able to work with ambiguity and incomplete data.
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and finance basics.
  • Creative, self-motivated, independent, and responsible.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; basic proficiency in other O365 applications.
  • PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification (desired).
