Supply Chain Management Process Improvement Analyst

 

Your role in a nutshell:

The SCM Process Improvement Analyst supports the global SCM function within the VPC in the design and execution of the E2E Supply Chain Process improvements (Sourcing, Contracting, Master Data, Supplier and Purchasing Operations) and under the direction of Supply Chain Global Process Owners you will review and prioritize business, process and system change initiatives, so these are aligned with the long-term process vision and strategy. You will assist the Supply Chain Global Process Owners in the development of global processes to meet Vodafone’s requirements and providing the appropriate level of control.  Together with the Global Process Owners and Supply Chain in the Local Markets, you will be an ambassador of SCM building credibility whilst leveraging on operational excellence throughout the Supply Chain.

 

What you will do:

  • Provide expertise and act as competence center of excellence for Master Data management by identifying improvement areas, automation opportunities and efficiencies 
  • Drive Master Data  roadmap for process & system enhancement, and manage PPM creation, requirement gathering, support in delivery via PTC, UAT, regression governance, BRC, Hypercare
  • Coordinate Data Governance policy implementation and audit remediation plan across SCM scope 
  • Ensure Data Governance controls are set and followed for new systems introduced 
  • Enable DG control 9 implementation together with D&A and GPL 
  • Support various Master data audit & compliance requests
  • Enable Data Quality framework implementation: data analysis, reporting & monitoring; enable SD via continuous improvement, follow up & best practice sharing 
  • Review and approve related documentation (policies, guidelines) – for Master Data management activities across S2C and P2P with impact to maser data for all objects: vendor, catalogue, material and contract / OLA
  • Assess and approve process exception requests; maintain list of accepted / approved process exceptions
  • Support GPL and PE team in various forums, with focus on master data and high risk/value data in scope
  • Review and support new PPMs and assess impact to Master Data, provide input for sign-off and act as SPOC between business and tech teams
  • Provide input on budget / effort required to support approval from sponsor and stakeholders
  • On the spot analysis via Celonis data mining, analytics, dashboard creation
  • Support data migration activities, provide expertise and guidance
  • Provide BAU support - from technical / process perspective (ex. IDoc failure)

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • High level English language knowledge 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Data and operational experience
  • SAP and MDG system knowledge
  • Confident MS Office usage
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • PowerBI or other data intelligence, visualization tool
  • Master Data and Data Management knowledge
  • Knowledge of Source-to-Contract process and Procure-to-Pay process
  • Very good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to coordinate and drive decision cross-functional
