Supply Chain Management Process Improvement Analyst

 

Your role in a nutshell:

The SCM Process Improvement Analyst supports the global SCM function within the VPC in the design and execution of the E2E Supply Chain Process improvements (Sourcing, Contracting, Master Data, Supplier and Purchasing Operations) and under the direction of Supply Chain Global Process Owners you will review and prioritize business, process and system change initiatives, so these are aligned with the long-term process vision and strategy. You will assist the Supply Chain Global Process Owners in the development of global processes to meet Vodafone’s requirements and providing the appropriate level of control.  Together with the Global Process Owners and Supply Chain in the Local Markets, you will be an ambassador of SCM building credibility whilst leveraging on operational excellence throughout the Supply Chain.

 

What you will do:

  • Use BI tools (Iview, Celonis, etc.) to identify opportunities utilising process mining capabilities, to support E2E SCM processes aimed at optimization of operations and value creation through Operational Excellence. Analyze performance & process KPI’s and develop and implement in collaboration with OneSCM, VOIS and stakeholders corrective measures.
  • Monitor process performance, ensure compliance with controls, and agreed performance metrics. Liaise with Shares Services and global SCM functions to ensure excellent quality process delivery and manage smooth adoption of process changes, initiate prevention actions
  • Interactions with stakeholders across the business to build strong and credible relationships that can help improve overall quality of Supply Chain operations to ensure smooth adoption of innovative processes improvements across the company.
  • Participate in creation and delivery of a multi-year process improvement roadmap (using internal or external benchmarks), improving efficiency and effectiveness (including controls) of sourcing processes
  • Support SCM in driving efficiencies and effectiveness as well as simplicity goals as formulated in the roadmap and align them to the Digital Strategy of Vodafone
  • Understands the Business Partner context within SCM and the impact of its performance on all other teams within the local market, by tracking performance and relevant KPIs.

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • High level of English language knowledge 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in analysis (Finance)
  • Data and operational experience
  • SAP system knowledge is a plus
  • Confident MS Office usage
  • Stakeholder management skills
