About this Role
What you’ll do
- Develop and monitor predefined supply plans, considering supplier commitments and budget constraints.
- Check returns inventory and material availability via Asset Marketplace.
- Support allocation and prioritisation of materials and capacity.
- Share monthly material requirement forecasts with suppliers and identify risks.
- Participate in Supplier Review and Collaborative Forecasting meetings, providing performance insights and co-developing solutions.
- Set inventory targets, control stock levels, and analyse aged or at-risk inventory.
- Identify and resolve supply plan exceptions, escalate where necessary, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with VPC strategies and business priorities.
Who you are
- A professional with 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning-related roles.
- Supply chain project management experience is an advantage
- Preferably a graduate from an engineering discipline.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Skilled in managing changes under pressure and integrating cross-functional inputs into demand forecasts.
- Capable of balancing customer service, working capital, asset utilisation, and cost to achieve optimal planning outcomes.
