About this Role
What you will do
- Capture detailed hiring requirements from hiring managers and recruiters for new vacancies and talent mapping.
- Execute accurate and tailored headhunting approaches to proactive sourcing.
- Conduct telephone interviews with proactively sourced candidates.
- Screen candidates against competencies and cultural values, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Source candidates across multiple functions using various channels (LinkedIn, Google, social platforms).
- Collaborate with recruiters and agile squads to meet business recruiting objectives.Build and maintain relationships across the Resourcing Team, Centres of Expertise, and external partners.
- Continuously improve the quality of hires to meet business objectives and Vodafone’s talent agenda.
Who you are
- Experienced in candidate sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google, social platforms).
- Skilled in agile methodology and able to work in dynamic squads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in German language (C1 preferred).
