Technical Network Project Manager 
for our Technology Department

Your place in the team
Coordinates the design, development, testing and deployment of systems and complex solutions across the European markets in line with business needs and the OSS domain strategy. 
Focus on designing and implementing the systems which ensure the proper planning, optimisation and configuration of the Radio Access Network
Accountable to manage the entire lifecycle of the systems and solutions in this area. 
Checks feasibility of demands with regards to local business needs. 
Executes projects for tool implementation, using classical and/or agile project management methodologies


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Design the Software Architecture of the systems and applications included in the Operational Readiness domain in terms of design principles, functional blocks and interfaces. 
•    Design and develop the IT solution in terms of application software, IT hardware, operating system and data warehouse
•    Define test lists, plan and execute validation activities together with OSS Planning Tools team and local business.
•    Coordinate the translation of business demands into technical requirements and identify the affected areas.
•    Project preparation and execution; managing budget up to approx. 0,5 Mio €

We are looking for you if you have

•    Deep knowledge of telecommunication business in terms of IT and Network technologies
•    Deep knowledge of the most adopted RAN planning systems (supporting frequency planning, prediction, RAN configuration Mgt., site planning, e.g. ATOLL, Pace4G, ActixOne, COM5 & others)
•    Deep knowledge of most common IT development frameworks and domains’ specific software tools and IT architecture
•    Project Management experience is a big advantage
•    Good communication skills in English
•    Engineering degree (Bachelor / Master) in telecommunications or computer science or equivalent.
•    Very good communication and information skills.
•    Customer oriented and systematic way of working.
