About this Role
What you will do
- Own and deliver change strategy across SCM Systems and Processes.
- Develop and govern transformation and communication toolkits.
- Conduct user experience research using both quantitative and qualitative methods to support data-driven decisions.
- Upskill project leads and Global Process Owners in change and communication best practices.
- Align transformation activities with strategic business goals to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Establish and manage communication governance, including push/pull strategies and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse current change management processes and implement improvements.
Who you are
- A professional with a degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Communication, or IT.
- Certified in Prosci® Change Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experienced in strategic communication, stakeholder management, and transformation delivery.
- Skilled in using research methods such as NPS, CSAT, SUS, interviews, and usability testing.
- Capable of influencing diverse stakeholder groups and managing resistance effectively.
- Strong analytical thinker with a passion for driving meaningful change.
