About this Role

We are seeking a Transformation, Change & Communication (TCC) Specialist to join our SCM Transformation Office in Budapest. This role is responsible for driving business transformation through strategic change management and communication initiatives. The individual will lead structured transformation activities, align efforts with organisational goals, and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, communication governance, and leveraging user experience insights to inform decisions.
 
 

What you will do

  • Own and deliver change strategy across SCM Systems and Processes.
  • Develop and govern transformation and communication toolkits.
  • Conduct user experience research using both quantitative and qualitative methods to support data-driven decisions.
  • Upskill project leads and Global Process Owners in change and communication best practices.
  • Align transformation activities with strategic business goals to enhance collaboration and performance.
  • Establish and manage communication governance, including push/pull strategies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse current change management processes and implement improvements.

Who you are

  • A professional with a degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Communication, or IT.
  • Certified in Prosci® Change Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experienced in strategic communication, stakeholder management, and transformation delivery.
  • Skilled in using research methods such as NPS, CSAT, SUS, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Capable of influencing diverse stakeholder groups and managing resistance effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a passion for driving meaningful change.
