What you’ll do

  • Support monthly reviews during the closing process and coordinate review materials.
  • Work with business and cross-functional teams to explain and justify performance against forecasts and prior periods.
  • Drive and support planning for budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Act as a business consultant for financial processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to process optimisation projects and system developments.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, including management reporting packs.
  • Identify control weaknesses and establish a robust control environment.
  • Coach colleagues to enhance finance and process skills.

Who You are

  • Fluent communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Experienced in accounting, finance, controlling, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Reporting functions end-to-end.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP Finance, SAP Spend tool, Hyperion, and OHP.Familiar with SOX, IFRS, and local GAAP standards.
  • Skilled in coordination, communication, and negotiation, with a customer-focused mindset.
    Desired: SAP ECC and BW knowledge, project management experience, and certified accountant qualification.
