UAM & IM Expert

for our Cyber Security Department

You will be involved in the following tasks  

 

User access rights review related tasks

•Carry out access rights reviews based on the detailed procedure
•Communicate with System Operators, Data Owners and Line Managers and adheres to the specified deadlines with them
•Ensure that nobody can review and re-approve their own access rights
•Ensure that access rights for users which have been identified to revoke is being locked / removed within 30 calendar days
•Verifying that deletions have been made in time
•Identification of discrepancies between documented and real access rights
•Establish corrective measures for any deficiencies identified during the reviews
•Document each access rights review, the documentation must be sufficient for audits
•Prepare statistical data and report regarding access rights reviews


Identity and access management related tasks

•Support projects, developments from the early stage regarding Identity and access management
•Preparing data for adding Roles and Rights to IDMatrix when introducing new applications (systems), including approvals and workflows.
•Test the implemented IAM workflows
•Identification of discrepancies between documented access management and real one
•Establish corrective measures for any deficiencies identified
•Provide training to our staff on the proper and efficient use of the IAM solution


DLP related tasks

•Conduct risk assessment to identify potential data loss scenarios and implement appropriate policies and controls to mitigate these risks
•Define and implement DLP rules (DLP policies) for web, email and endpoint systems
•Test the implemented DLP rules and policies
•Fine-tunning the implemented DLP rules and policies according to test results 
•Provide training and awareness to our staff on the proper use of the DLP solution and educate them on the importance of data security.
•Prepare Management Report regarding DLP alarms and trend

We are looking for you if you have 

•Must have a strong understanding of information technology and cyber security
•Demonstrated working knowledge of information technology general controls concepts in the areas of systems development, change management, operations and access management
•Strong background in controls and compliance
•Understanding of the following standards and their requirements (ISO27001, CSB)
•Knowledge of internal auditing standards and control frameworks
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience with web, email and endpoint security systems
•Experience with security technologies such as IAM-, DLP solutions, firewalls, intrusion detection, anti-virus software, and cloud applications
•Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
•Excellent communication in English and Hungarian
•Outstanding interpersonal skills
