About this Role
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can independently deliver high-quality UX and UI solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on optimising digital journeys, ensuring accessible and consistent design, and contributing to enhanced customer experiences and key business metrics.
What you’ll do
- Deliver responsive, multiplatform UX solutions such as wireframes, user flows, and UI compositions with minimal support.
- Present design proposals clearly, facilitating productive peer reviews.
- Recommend improvements aligned with accessibility, localisation, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency with Vodafone design standards and contribute to enhancing conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and analyse feedback to inform design decisions.
- Document guidance and design rules for collaborative stakeholders across disciplines.
Who you are
- You have strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- You are skilled in creating platform‑agnostic, visually compelling digital experiences.
- You understand cross‑platform design requirements and adhere to established UX/UI standards.
- You can work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- You hold an art or design school background, recognised design training, or equivalent experience.
- You bring 2–5 years of practical experience in UX/UI design.
