About this Role

We are seeking a VBI Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to key internal stakeholders across Vodafone Business International. The individual will strengthen relationships across Supply Chain, Centres of Competency and business teams while driving commercial value, optimising sourcing activities, shaping supplier selection during customer bid phases, and overseeing lifecycle management of supplier portfolios. This role is instrumental in aligning business needs with central category strategies and ensuring robust commercial performance.

What you will do

  • Influence Supply Chain Management strategy and champion best‑in‑class practices.
  • Build trusted, credible relationships with stakeholders across the business and Centres of Competency to strengthen performance delivery.Use BI tools (such as SAP and AVA) to identify sourcing opportunities and leverage Vodafone Procure & Connect where relevant.
  • Shape and challenge sourcing demand through effective demand management, including applying Design‑to‑Cost methodologies.
  • Ensure strong commercial governance by monitoring contractual risks and preventing value leakage.
  • Lead and coach individuals in a matrix setting, setting standards and enabling high performance.
  • Support spend of approximately €150m across Vodafone Business International entities.

Who you are

  • Skilled in business partnering with a strong understanding of strategic and operational priorities.
  • Experienced in commercial contract management with an ability to manage KPIs and ensure compliance.
  • Analytical, able to interpret data to influence business requirements and sourcing decisions.
  • Capable of supporting complex, high‑value procurement negotiations and leading tactical negotiations.
  • Knowledgeable of market dynamics, industry trends, financial drivers and commercial models.
  • Strong communication abilities with a solid commercial and contractual background.
  • Experienced in negotiation with proven ability to build sustainable business relationships.
