What you’ll do

  • Provide accurate and timely legal advice on commercial and contractual matters for Group Enterprise businesses.
  • Draft and negotiate complex global contracts and legal documents with multinational companies.
  • Identify and manage contractual risks in multi-country deals.
  • Analyse and negotiate non-standard terms for strategic commercial projects.
  • Develop standard legal documents and training materials.
  • Drive improvements in contracting processes and define negotiation strategies.
  • Deliver training to internal departments, especially sales, on contracting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal processes, policies, and standards.
  • Prepare contract risk assessments for internal approvals.
  • Maintain effective communication with key functions such as Regulatory, Technology, and Tax.
  • Lead legal support for product development and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage legal aspects of Enterprise contracting models and regulatory reporting.
  • Support acquisitions, disposals, and regulatory projects including license applications.
  • Maintain and update contract templates and assess legislative changes impacting products.

Who you are

  • Degree in Law.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and contract law, or 2+ years in commercial, contracting, and telecommunications law.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law.
  • Experience in international legal environments supporting commercial activities.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Skilled in project management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
