What you’ll do

Grow Market Share Nationwide

  • Increase Vodafone market share by acquiring new accounts and achieving sales quotas.
  • Ensure full adherence to Vodafone policies and procedures.
  • Implement a training calendar with ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Equip the team with necessary tools (handsets, lines, offers, business cards, etc.) — ensure no stock-outs.
  • Foster seamless communication with all Vodafone channels.
  • Follow VF standards to ensure high sales quality and sustainable business growth.
  • Maintain cross-functional collaboration across all channels.
  • Establish bulletproof operational processes to support the business model.
  • Monitor and coach direct reports continuously.
  • Develop individualized succession plans for team members.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings.
  • Uphold strong corporate governance.
  • Report sales numbers accurately and on time.
  • Consistently meet KPIs.
  • Expand channel reach nationwide to increase acquisition.
  • Launch business lounges to enhance access to business products and services.
  • Create nationwide coverage plans to maximize brand visibility at dealer outlets.
  • Ensure smooth flow of products and services through VNF channels.
  • Conduct regular location visits to ensure visual standards and customer experience.
  • Launch promotions and incentives to boost sales performance.
  • Monitor market activity via a mystery shopping program.
  • Provide sales teams with relevant market data and insights.
  • Deliver continuous training to enhance customer experience.
  • Run tactical contests to drive performance and motivation.

Reporting Structure

  • Daily: Stock & Shipment Reports
  • Weekly: Sales, Channel Fill, and Trade Review Reports
  • Monthly: Sales Profile Reports
  • Quarterly: Coverage, Complaints, and Route Reports

Who you are

  • BA in Business, preferably in Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 Years of successful sales experience preferably in acquisition.
  • PC knowledge: Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Negotiation, communication skills, organization skills, presentation as well as time management, experience managing 3rd parties.
