What you’ll do

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and mail) and respond to inquiries promptly.

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports.

Support in organizing company events, workshops, and meetings.
-
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as needed.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily business needs.
Who you are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not always required).

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
-
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
