Agile Portfolio Manager
Role Purpose:
Responsible for the delivery of the VBU calendar and Agile Implementation through the below:
• Ensures the right governance and alignment to deliver VBU calendar timely
• Managing all agile practices across all tribes and enables alignment of best practices within the Agile Organization in the VBU in addition to current agile coach accountabilities.
• Responsible for the agile coaches and scrum masters’ performance and guidance with implementing the right agile methodologies across the VBU.
• Ensuring the accurate utilization of Enterprise capex budget and the right alignment with finance and technology teams to deliver the best of the allocated budget

In addition to standard Agile Coach role responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the Agile methodology across tribes & unify agile methodologies
• Responsible for the governance forums with all agile coaches to review the progress and development needs across all tribes
• Responsible for agile resources utilization and productivity measures to optimize and utilize performance or capacity ensuring right efficiencies across different tribes
• Responsible for managing the agile practices performance of all agile coaches in alignment with tribe lead
• Managing and putting the right governance to achieve our commercial calendar and ensures proper alignment and planning is done as well as proposing the synergy for different tickets launch dates according to the DB
• Responsible for setting and maintaining the right SLAs of different tribes and ensures the delivery of them
• Managing the enterprise capex budget and consolidate commercial core metrics and DB submissions
Skills Required:
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Participate as an expert, solving complex problems related to his/her expertise with the tribes
• Define the professional standards/work methodology in and across the Agile Organization
• Work with COE leads and POs to assess the talent need across chapters and suggest reshuffling/ hiring if needed
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• VF Egypt ICAgile Certified Agile Coach
• Certified in Agile Methodologies
• People management experience
• Strong Business Acumen
• Commercial experience
