About this role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Practitioner to lead agile delivery and coach teams in adopting best-fit agile practices. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, mentoring team members, and ensuring projects are delivered with a customer-centric approach. You will work across multiple teams and frameworks, driving transparency, mitigating risks, and promoting continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

Take end-to-end ownership of establishing agile values, principles, and practices for project delivery.Act as Scrum Master, facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and enabling alternative approaches without impacting delivery.Organise and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and ensure consistent best practices across work streams.Ensure correct setup and usage of tools (e.g., Jira, ADO) and maintain up-to-date documentation for every sprint.Manage stakeholder engagement and vendor interfaces, ensuring transparency and timely reporting.Identify and escalate risks promptly, driving mitigation actions to safeguard delivery timelines.

Who you are

Proven ability to lead agile delivery in complex, multi-team environments.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, ADO), including backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, and velocity.Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and agile metrics.Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills with a servant leadership mindset.Technical background with the ability to understand architecture and resolve technical issues.Highly independent, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
