Role Purpose
Leading the Digital transformation across all industries, by being the digital partner of choice for Vodafone digital platforms portfolio. This role is responsible for moving Vodafone from a traditional voice and data service provider to techco; providing more comprehensive end-to-end software solutions and additional value to Vodafone customers
Job Profile
- Driving sales Revenue growth of Vodafone Digital Store & MS MW to new and existing customers across all channels
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Maintain a robust pipeline with Sales teams to identify bottlenecks and ensure continuous growth
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with our partners and internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Competencies and Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Sales
- Proficiency in tech solution sales
- Understanding of software solutions
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Understanding of technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences
- Awareness of SME environemt, trends, and dynamics.
- Strong understanding of Vodafone portfolio, connectivity, infrastructure and integrated solutions
