What you’ll do

  • Drive market share growth by acquiring new accounts and meeting sales targets.

  • Ensure adherence to Vodafone policies, procedures, and sales quality standards.

  • Expand channel reach nationwide and enhance brand visibility across dealer outlets.

  • Monitor market activity and customer experience through regular visits, reporting, and mystery shopping.

  • Deliver accurate and timely sales, stock, and performance reports.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through training, feedback, and succession planning.

  • Foster teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Provide teams with necessary resources, tools, and data to achieve KPIs and customer excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably Business Administration).

  • Minimum 6 years of proven corporate sales experience.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and oversee third-party relationships.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.

  • Strong business acumen with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
