What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage cross-functional digital squads, comprising designers, developers, testers, and other team members
  • To ensure efficient collaboration and delivery within specified timelines.
  • Define requirements and prioritize features, create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy, ensuring clear visibility into upcoming user stories.
  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are understood and prioritized throughout the development process.
  • Apply Agile principles and methodologies to manage the digital squads and ensure effective execution.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing briefs on new features, prioritize content action items, collaborate with UI/UX to create effective wireframes to illustrate product features and functionalities
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and experience in leading Agile-driven teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

 

Who you are

  • Possessing prior experience from 2-4 years as a Product ownerBSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field – Marketing & Management degrees are accepted as well with proven work experience
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile concepts
  • JIRA/Confluence, or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and team building skills; articulate and able to steer a meeting with presence.
  • Ability to maintain calm attitude during difficult situations and handle pressure situations.
  • Self-starter & self-motivated with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement across the agile delivery processes.
  • Highly independent, takes ownership, does not need to be told what to do and seeks feedback and execute actions.
