What you’ll do
- Oversee the marketing strategy and ensure the communication calendar is aligned with overall strategic objectives. Guarantee that all messaging stems from the agreed-upon strategy.
- Receive and validate briefs from segment owners, ensuring clarity, customer focus, and strategic alignment. Brief the Marcom team accordingly and oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to performance tracking.
- Own and review all communication messages to ensure consistency with the business’s overarching strategy and objectives.
- Act as the main liaison across teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all internal stakeholders involved in campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while continuously monitoring effectiveness and optimizing for better performance.
Who you are
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking with an eye for detail and customer-centricity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred
