About this Role
We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to join the Customer Demand and Transformation Chapter within Vodafone Business Technology Solutions. In this role, you will work as part of the Product Interlock Squad, driving the onboarding and delivery readiness of new products across the Vodafone Business portfolio. The position spans the full product lifecycle, from early design and pre-sales engagement through delivery, transition, and operational readiness. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in agile delivery, business transformation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within telecommunications or technology-focused environments.
What you will do
What you’ll do
Lead Product Interlock activities to ensure new product delivery designs are developed using Agile and Lean methodologies.
Manage the onboarding journey of new products, ensuring readiness from development through to market launch.
Ensure end-to-end product delivery lifecycles align with customer expectations and business demand.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and awareness of new products across relevant business entities.
Proactively assess and manage risks associated with product introduction and delivery.
Review and optimise existing product delivery processes using customer feedback and operational insights.
Ensure squad outcomes are delivered in line with the SAFe Agile Framework.
Collaborate with squads, chapters, and guilds to support strategic objectives and business priorities.
Build and maintain digital reporting tools to track progress across active product development squads.
Support governance, stakeholder engagement, service performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to transformation programmes and process enhancement projects across Vodafone Business Technology Solutions.
Who you are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' professional experience within a multinational organisation, preferably within telecommunications or information technology.
Strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles and ways of working.
Experience across product delivery, operational management, and transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of pre-sales and post-sales models.
Understanding of project governance frameworks, PMO functions, stakeholder management, and project delivery lifecycles.
Experience facilitating process improvement, value stream mapping, and service enhancement workshops.
Ability to define, negotiate, and manage service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering outcomes from concept through implementation.
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
Good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Advanced SharePoint capabilities including structure design, document management, records management, and auditing.
Understanding of sprint planning and delivery management using Jira.
Microsoft Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications :
Six Sigma certification.
PRINCE2 certification.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
Experience leading continuous improvement projects within the telecommunications industry.
Experience leading transformation programmes within telecommunications environments.
