About this Role

We are seeking a CF Partner Support Specialist to ensure the accurate validation and quality assurance of internet and TV installations and maintenance for Vodafone Germany. This role involves reviewing service delivery, supporting partners post-completion, and resolving complex technical issues to maintain exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Validate service delivery by ensuring accurate installation and maintenance of Vodafone TV products performed by service partners.
  • Manage multiple operational scopes efficiently to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Take ownership of complex and long-running issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues promptly, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

Who you are

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in troubleshooting and technical support for complex solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of fixed and TV products, including routing, switching, and IP services.
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) at C1 level and proficient in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent customer orientation.
  • Ability to act as internal L2 support for team members in complex scenarios.
  • CCNA certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related area
