What you’ll do

  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the business channels and analyze all feedback.
  • Monitor, develop and analyse sales’ performance for Enterprise segment to support the sales team achieve their targets
  • Define Enterprise Sales commission, report requirements and KPIs on both management and operational levels based on sales performance, quality of sales controls, analysis and insights
  • Report sales’ performance on a bi-weekly, weekly and monthly basis to drive performance towards target achievement
  • Own business commission review for Enterprise Business Unit director and Sales’ Heads of Department
  • Initiate contests to motivate sales in achieving Enterprise segment’s targets, and evaluate the contests results versus forecasted
  • Prepare regular presentations to stakeholders as appropriate
  • Empower Sales using business commission reporting and measurement techniques
  • Track records to provide data analysis on the commercial business process that drives fundamental changes within the Enterprise
  • Develop Models to measure sales productivity and Quality of sales

Who you are

  • 2-7 Years of experience 
  • Sales & operations background
  • Communication, Negotiations skills and Stakeholders Management
  • Run efficient meetings using time management
  • General business knowledge
  • Maintain expertise of internal procedures and systems for Sales force tracking, monitoring and management
  • Track record of providing data analysis on customer and commercial business process that drives fundamental change within Vodafone Egypt
  • Good communication / political intelligence skills
  • Very Good in Microsoft
  • Good commercial sense and understanding business needs
  • Good Communication / presentation/ analytical skills
  • Good Negotiation skills 
  • Hard worker and ability to learn  
  • Handle confidential and private information appropriately.
