Credit Collection Advisor
Role Profile:
- Handling inbound consumer customer billing & collection inquiries requests.
- Communicating with other collection teams to fulfill the customers’ requests and reaching a compromise to achieve the company collected amount targets and bad debt.
- Delivering the best customer experience through achieving the area TNPS, HD & quality targets.
- Supporting our digital transformation journey while conducting our daily operation.
Core Competencies, knowledge and Experience:
- Only Graduated with University degree.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of existing Contact Centre processes and solutions and ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Good awareness of Vodafone Products and services and VF Digital channels.
- Strong knowledge of billing and collection issues (systems, processes, techniques).
- Strong Knowledge of ADSL billing issues.
- Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellence mind-set striving to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communications, negotiation and presentation skills both in Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.
- Minimum one year experience at Customer Care.
- Full Time Employee.
- Willing to volunteer overtime if needed due to business need.
