Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will be able to accept ownership for effectively answering our customers’ inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • C1 fluent English Speaker.
  • Graduate or Drop out (no academic commitment to the university).
  • Good communication skills.
