About this Role
We are seeking a Customer Delivery Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing IT transformation projects for Vodafone’s enterprise clients across Germany. This role is based in Egypt and involves managing multi-party teams, ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s delivery methodology, and overseeing projects with a total contract value of up to €1 million annually. The individual will be responsible for governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful delivery into live service.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer projects across multiple countries.
- Manage project governance, budgets, staffing, and risk/change strategies.
- Integrate workstreams into a unified project plan with measurable outcomes.
- Build and manage stakeholder communication and engagement plans.
- Forecast and manage resource demand across technology, financials, and personnel.
- Drive quality assurance, reporting mechanisms, and maintain project documentation.
- Define and execute risk and change management strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums and Program Sync Ups.
- Contribute to Vodafone’s project management methodology and process improvements.
Who you are
- Over 2 years of experience managing complex ICT projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Fluent in German (C level) and English (minimum B level).
- Certified in Prince2 Agile, PMP, or PMI-ACP; SAFe is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Skilled in budget management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in telecommunications environments is preferred.
