About this Role
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic security initiatives across Vodafone Business. This role is pivotal in delivering end-to-end product and service launches, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to Vodafone’s best practice methodologies. The individual will play a key role in market expansion, channel development, and portfolio extension, while also coaching and supporting team members to achieve performance excellence.
What you will do
- Develop detailed project plans, identifying resources, interdependencies, and critical paths.
- Manage delivery across internal suppliers, external partners, OpCos, and Vodafone Business stakeholders.
- Oversee project economics including costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risk.
- Ensure compliance with Vodafone’s project management methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead team coaching, performance reviews, and service evaluations to meet KPIs.
- Support team members with HR guidance, counselling, and communication.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vodafone products and services.
Who you are
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Certified in APM/PMI and structured project management (e.g. PRINCE2).
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity, particularly managed services.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable benefits.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, planning, and time management.
- Experience in telecoms, digital marketplaces, and global matrix environments.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and team motivation skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and balancing multiple workstreams.
