About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead the global delivery of Vodafone’s Cyber as a Service (CaaS) portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of strategic cybersecurity initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s best practice methodologies. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end product and service launches, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and oversee project economics including budgets, resources, and risk management. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex global environments.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage a detailed delivery plan for the CaaS portfolio, identifying resources, interdependencies, and critical paths.
  • Lead the delivery of portfolio epics, coordinating with internal teams, external technology partners, and Vodafone Business stakeholders.
  • Oversee project economics including costs, budgets, staffing, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Ensure adherence to Vodafone’s mandated project management methodologies and continuously seek process improvements.
  • Facilitate team development through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
  • Organise and lead meetings with teams, OpCos, and partners, ensuring effective communication and feedback loops.
  • Support customer experience delivery and act as a point of contact for queries and complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CaaS products and services across the team.

Who you are

  • Experienced in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies with over 6 years of PM experience.
  • Certified in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, APM/PMI, PRINCE2, and CISMP.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, particularly managed services, and the telecoms industry.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, team motivation, and working within complex global matrix organisations.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable value, including cost reductions exceeding €5m annually.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple workstreams.
