About this Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Vodafone Enterprise solutions by delivering high-quality insights and reporting to internal stakeholders and customers. The role focuses on analysing KPIs, monitoring inventory and asset performance, and identifying risks that may impact business outcomes. The individual will play a key part in supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What you’ll do

Gather, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources to present accurate inventory and asset status.Produce weekly asset reports outlining current status and highlighting pending customer requests.Perform detailed analysis to identify process gaps, risks, and performance issues, and communicate findings to relevant teams.Facilitate weekly inventory reviews with customers and internal stakeholders, including RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status reporting.Develop weekly and monthly reports focused on NMR conformance and disconnection tracking.Respond to ad-hoc customer requests and queries, including validation of upgrade and bulk requests.Provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance, improve processes, and reduce risk of revenue impact.

Who you are

Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to data interpretation.Communicates effectively in both Arabic and English, presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experienced in Python and Power BI dashboard development.Experienced in data analysis, with a solid understanding of business processes and data management systems.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.Takes initiative, shows accountability, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.Familiar with working in virtual and collaborative environments across different teams.Knowledgeable in process and quality management, with the ability to document standards and procedures effectively.
