About this Role

We are seeking a Delivery Excellence Lead to drive governance, operational performance, and agile transformation across VOIS networks activities in Egypt and Turkey. The individual will ensure strong business governance, reliable service delivery, and compliant financial operations by leveraging digital workflows, automated dashboards, and data‑driven insights. This role also supports strategic planning, business case development, and cross‑departmental transformation aligned with long‑term organisational objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Lead business and service governance using automation‑enabled performance management and digital dashboards.
  • Drive agile transformation and embed modern ways of working across functions.
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX planning, ensuring accurate forecasting, disciplined cost control, and seamless use of financial governance workflows.
  • Support the development of business cases that align to organisational priorities and ensure financial clarity.
  • Enable cross‑functional alignment, harmonisation of processes, and reuse of best practices across the organisation.

Who you are

  • Experienced individual with more than 10 years working in multinational environments, including at least 5 years in comparable roles.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership capability and business acumen.
  • Skilled in agile methodologies with demonstrated success driving implementation.
  • Analytical professional with strong reporting, data analysis, and BI‑tool proficiency.
  • Adept at stakeholder management with a collaborative and continuous‑improvement mindset.
