About this Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Delivery Project Manager to lead complex, end-to-end enterprise projects across multiple domains. This role is pivotal in managing high-value customer delivery initiatives, with accountability for projects valued up to €10 million annually. You will be responsible for governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s best practices and methodologies. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence at senior levels within both Vodafone and customer organisations.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the delivery of complex, multi-domain enterprise projects for Vodafone customers.
  • Define and manage project governance, budgets, staffing, and risk/change strategies.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, stakeholder communication strategies, and resource forecasts.
  • Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
  • Ensure quality assurance, timely reporting, and adherence to Vodafone’s project methodology.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing major ICT projects, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
  • Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Professional and customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including capitalisation and P&L.
  • Experience with Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
