About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to lead global IT integration and support initiatives, focusing on Kubernetes-based solutions. The individual will design and deliver production-ready platforms that host applications for multiple clients in a private cloud environment. This role involves managing application lifecycles, ensuring secure and reliable deployments, and driving automation across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

What you’ll do

  • Integrate and implement DevOps tools and Kubernetes-based solutions.
  • Manage system migrations, upgrades, and service operations within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain application and server availability across UNIX and Windows platforms.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines end-to-end for efficient delivery.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including databases and connectivity, and consult with vendors when required.
  • Update technical documentation and maintain team knowledge bases.
  • Prioritise and resolve multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring compliance with service levels.

Who you are

  • Experienced in DevOps with 1–2 years in system integration and cloud migration.
  • Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and microservices architecture.
  • Skilled in Python, Ruby, or Go (highly preferable).
  • Familiar with AWS, GCP, and infrastructure coding practices.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (DNS, Proxy) and UNIX/Linux administration.
  • Knowledge of Postgres, DynamoDB, Cassandra; Redshift is a plus.
  • ITIL Foundation certification and Remedy background are advantageous.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
