About the Role
What you’ll do
- Integrate and implement DevOps tools and Kubernetes-based solutions.
- Manage system migrations, upgrades, and service operations within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain application and server availability across UNIX and Windows platforms.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines end-to-end for efficient delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including databases and connectivity, and consult with vendors when required.
- Update technical documentation and maintain team knowledge bases.
- Prioritise and resolve multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring compliance with service levels.
Who you are
- Experienced in DevOps with 1–2 years in system integration and cloud migration.
- Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and microservices architecture.
- Skilled in Python, Ruby, or Go (highly preferable).
- Familiar with AWS, GCP, and infrastructure coding practices.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (DNS, Proxy) and UNIX/Linux administration.
- Knowledge of Postgres, DynamoDB, Cassandra; Redshift is a plus.
- ITIL Foundation certification and Remedy background are advantageous.
- Committed to continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
