About this Role
What you’ll do
- Integrate and implement DevOps tools to support scalable and reliable application delivery.
- Lead migration activities and upgrades to new platform and tool releases.
- Manage services in line with agreed service levels, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA.
- Implement and support containerisation and orchestration technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Maintain application and server availability across UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and database-related issues.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Use existing monitoring, documentation, and service management tools to deliver effective support.
Who you are
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- You have experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects.
- You communicate clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- You bring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- You have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- You are familiar with DevOps and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- You have knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP and/or AWS.
- You are comfortable working with DevOps automation tools such as Ansible or Chef.
