Role purpose: 


The role purpose of the Digital Back Office Senior Specialist is to support Vodafone Egypt's business unit in achieving their Digital#1 strategy by overseeing digital back-office activities for cloud products.  This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of cloud and marketplace services, with a focus on managing billing operations, customer invoicing, and related tasks.
 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 


•    Responsible for the back-office activities of Enterprise cloud products 
•    Cloud Billing Operations: Manage the customer billing operations in alignment with the customer experience team
•    Coordinate, facilitate and follow up till invoicing the customer 
•    Validate correct billing: Liaise with the E2E team with every bill cycle to ensure correct billing of key customer accounts
•    Billing mismatches reconciliation: align with revenue assurance team on the billing mismatches across the cloud solutions and ensure we plan the appropriate corrective actions to eliminate these mismatches  
•    Liaise with the reporting team to ensure that the business objects reports are accurate and updated with all new product launches and newly added features

Must have technical qualifications:


•    Excellent IT skills – Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Email and Web 
•    Understanding of revenue reporting needs and effective data & information management issues
•    Relevant knowledge of cloud products and services
 

Must have professional qualifications:


•    Professional in Excel
•    aware of VF EG cloud product and services
•    2 years of experience of working with budgets and financial numbers
