Role Summary: 
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Digital Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, with strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, a solid understanding of data modelling techniques (such as star schema), and hands-on experience with AWS analytics services. The role requires experience in business intelligence (BI) tools and a strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights across our digital platforms, including web, app, and e-commerce.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze data across digital platforms (web, mobile app, e-shop) to generate meaningful insights that support decision-making.
•    Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools and AWS analytics services (e.g., Athena, QuickSight).
•    Build scalable and well-structured data models using dimensional modeling techniques like star schema.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
•    Perform in-depth analysis of digital funnel performance and customer behavior to support marketing and sales strategies.
•    Ensure new digital initiatives include proper data tagging and tracking for comprehensive analytics coverage.
•    Contribute to the overall improvement of data quality, structure, and governance.


Required Qualifications & Skills:
•    Experience: 2–5 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
•    Technical Skills:
o    Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
o    Comfortable with Python for data processing and automation.
o    Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema.
o    Hands-on experience with AWS analytics services such as Athena and QuickSight.
o    Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
•    Nice to Have:
o    Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Tealium).
o    Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
o    Awareness of digital analytics best practices.
