About this Role
What you’ll do
- Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of enterprise projects across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate virtual, cross‑functional project teams including commercial, technology, operations, finance, and governance stakeholders.
- Act as the primary interface between VOIS, Vodafone enterprise customers, and internal delivery teams.
- Define project scope, detailed requirements, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and escalate when appropriate.
- Facilitate project governance through steering committees and regular project review meetings.
- Apply quality management and structured problem‑solving techniques to ensure delivery excellence.
- Manage pre‑launch workshops to ensure technical compatibility, security compliance, and operational readiness.
- Provide clear, regular project status reporting including progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support continuous improvement by documenting processes, data flows, and lessons learned.
Who you are
- A confident project professional with excellent German and English language capability.
- Experienced in managing complex projects within telecommunications, IT, or related industries.
- Comfortable working in a virtual, international, and matrixed environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including interaction at senior leadership level.
- Analytical, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Experienced in using project management methodologies and tools across all project phases.
- Knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial controls related to project delivery.
- Certified in PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred but not mandatory).
- A collaborative team contributor with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
