About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Projects Lead to ensure the successful delivery of Vodafone Global Enterprise solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, monitoring, implementation, and closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

What you will do

  • Coordinate virtual project teams across multiple work streams, including technology, operations, finance, and commercial.
  • Define and implement project scope, requirements, and feasibility with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed process and data flows, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
  • Apply quality management techniques to analyse problems and implement solutions.
  • Estimate resource requirements and manage project budgets.
  • Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops between technology and product teams to ensure system compatibility and security.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams, ensuring alignment on milestones and responsibilities.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and progress metrics.
  • Drive creative solutions to overcome complexities and ensure successful project launches.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and 8 years in business operations.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in virtual environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications, IT, or management consulting.
  • Ability to manage international, distributed teams and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Enthusiastic team player with exceptional customer relationship management skills.
