About this Role

We are seeking an organised and collaborative Enterprise Projects Lead to oversee the delivery of Vodafone Global Enterprise solutions. The role involves leading virtual project teams, managing end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ensuring process alignment, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication across technical, commercial, and operational functions.

What you’ll do

Coordinate virtual project teams across multiple workstreams, including commercial, operations, technology, product, finance, and service management.Document process flows and policies to support upgrades and improvements.Apply quality management techniques to analyse issues and develop effective solutions.Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to provide feedback on system design and development.Estimate project resource requirements and budgets.Manage critical project tasks and escalate risks where necessary.Define and validate detailed project requirements and assess feasibility with stakeholders.Develop milestone plans, identify risks early, and communicate proactively with steering committees and account teams.Prepare alternative delivery plans to ensure timelines are met.Lead pre‑launch workshops to confirm system compatibility and security standards.Facilitate communication between project team members and ensure alignment on roles, timelines, and objectives.Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress and drive mitigation actions.Analyse project data and prepare progress reports, identifying achievements, issues, and resource utilisation.Define KPIs and metrics to monitor progress and operational performance post‑delivery.

Who you are

An individual with more than 5 years of project management experience and a solid general business background.Experienced in leading projects in virtual and distributed environments.Skilled in using project management tools, including MS Project, to manage project phases and dependencies.Comfortable working in high‑growth and high‑uncertainty contexts.Knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.Experienced in setting up new processes, transforming business requirements into functional capabilities, and working within telecommunications, IT, or consulting sectors.A strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Able to manage cross‑functional international teams and maintain strong customer relationships at senior levels.Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
