About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Projects Lead to manage the delivery of Vodafone Global Enterprise solutions. This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure, ensuring timely and efficient execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to define scope, mitigate risks, and maintain high-quality standards throughout.
This role is a 1 year non renewable contract.

What you’ll do

Coordinate virtual project teams across multiple work streams, including technology, operations, finance, and commercial.Define and document processes, data flows, and policies to support upgrades and improvements.Apply quality management techniques to analyse problems and implement solutions.Collaborate with technical teams to provide feedback on system designs and developments.Estimate resource requirements and manage project budgets.Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of critical milestones.Develop contingency plans to maintain reliability and trust with stakeholders.Facilitate pre-launch workshops to ensure system compatibility and security compliance.Maintain clear communication channels and conduct regular project review meetings.Prepare and analyse project status reports, including KPIs, milestones, and budget tracking.

Who you are

Minimum 5 years of project management experience
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Proven track record in managing complex projects in virtual environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Project and project management tools.
Knowledge of process management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience in telecommunications, IT, or management consulting.Ability to manage international, distributed teams and work under tight deadlines
.Excellent customer relationship management skills, including interaction at senior levels.
