About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Projects Lead to deliver complex global enterprise solutions through structured project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. This role operates within a highly collaborative, virtual environment and works closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and acquired accounts to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

What you’ll do

Coordinate and lead cross‑functional virtual project teams across commercial, technology, operations, finance, and governance workstreamsDefine project scope, milestones, roles, responsibilities, and delivery plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersDocument high‑level and detailed process and data flows, ensuring alignment with relevant policies and standardsApply quality management techniques to analyse issues and implement effective solutionsPartner with technical and engineering teams to provide input on system design, development, and integrationEstimate project resource requirements and support budget planning activitiesIdentify critical tasks, risks, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating issues proactivelyLead pre‑launch workshops to ensure system compatibility, security compliance, and operational readinessFacilitate regular project reviews, progress reporting, and stakeholder updatesSupport KPI definition and prepare detailed project status reports covering progress, risks, milestones, and budget tracking

Who you are

An experienced project professional with a minimum of 5 years in project management and broader business experienceConfident working in international, distributed, and virtual team environmentsSkilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and presentation at senior levelsExperienced in using structured project management methodologies and tools across all project phasesKnowledgeable in process management, quality management, and financial fundamentals such as budgeting and forecastingComfortable operating in dynamic, fast‑paced, and high‑visibility environmentsFamiliar with telecommunications, IT, or consulting environments, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutionsA collaborative team player with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities
