About this role

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large, complex business and technology initiatives within VOIS Business Operations and Transformation. This role is accountable for full lifecycle ownership — from initiation and planning through execution, governance, and value realisation — ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards while aligning to Vodafone’s strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

Lead the full delivery lifecycle of cross‑functional projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.Define, plan, and control project scope, schedules, financials, resources, and governance frameworks to deliver measurable business benefits.Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits tracking.Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to minimise disruption and protect outcomes.Monitor progress against milestones and success measures, implementing corrective actions where required.Establish clear governance, transparent reporting, and audit‑ready documentation aligned with regulatory and control standards.Build strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision‑making and maintaining alignment at senior leadership level.Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure effective execution and smooth transition into business‑as‑usual operations.

An experienced project professional with at least five years’ experience delivering medium to large initiatives independently.Confident in portfolio alignment, benefits realisation, and financial governance within complex environments.Comfortable working across telecommunications, digital transformation, or large‑scale technology delivery contexts.Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaborative problem‑solving.Experienced with project and financial management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Planview, Clarity, ServiceNow, SAP, Excel, or Power BI.Holding, or working towards, recognised certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile/Scrum credentials.
